You should already have my email on that, I sent it out Friday.  Or did

He said he hasn't thought about becoming a full time employee, he wants
to give the idea some thought.  As far as the hours requirement and the
duties requirement, ie., being slightly on-call and all that, he said
that shouldn't be a problem, he's had jobs with those requirements
before and it worked fine for him.

When we were Onstor, he was restricted to a max of 30 hours/week, no
minimum specified.  I think we all recognize that LSI doesn't have the
same cash flow problems, but he's never been officially told he can bill
more than 30 hours.  Should I make that official?  Should we set a
minimum amount per week as well as some range of working hours?  I
believe both of those are possible and reasonable.
