Hi Trinh,

I know last week you mentioned trying to move stuff off of mightydog
before starting backups, but I don't think we should wait for that to
start backups.  Mightydog does hourly, daily, and weekly snapshots, so
all of that is in place now to do backups with.  I suggest we go foward
immediately and implement the plan to do backups, and we can worry
about moving that data off when we're able to get to it.

On a related note, Arnaldo told me he emailed or gave you and M & T a
spreadsheet detailing the whole layout of Mightydog.  Is it possible
that one of them have that laying around somewhere?  It might be
quicker than having him track down the original remotely, or bring him
in for a couple of hours of consulting or something.
