As far as that goes, I think my needs are morphing a bit to the
following: one more senior person, and 1-2 junior types, who
would start out writing test code and eventually transition into kernel
developers as they get more experience, but top notch programmers,
just inexperienced.

I'm specifically thinking of recent graduate types, maybe 1-2 years
experience at most. I don't know if you have any of those in your
database or not.  I'm really not sure even how to find kids like that
these days.  I remember that I was recruited straight out of college,
but the timing isn't great for that.
