This is on a linux client desktop at work.

It was working yesterday, but not this morning.

I got Michael G. who just happened to be onsite to jabber with someone
in Colorado Springs and got the plain IP address for coscas01.lsi.com,
and put that into my client and I'm now operational, so the problem is
obviously DNS related.

Here's what I get from nslookup:

$ nslookup coscas01.lsi.com
Server:         10.0.0.18
Address:        10.0.0.18#53

*** Can't find coscas01.lsi.com: No answer

I confess, that's not a response from DNS I'm familiar with so I won't
be of much help there.

My DNS setup hasn't changed since yesterday. I don't know about the
servers, however. That would be in your guys corner ~:^)

Just as obviously, DNS for outgoing SMTP server mhbs.lsil.com is
working.

Thanks,

a
