Thanks, Rich gave me the printout.  Let's go ahead and schedule a time
next week to sit down and chat through some of this stuff.  I'm just
anticipating that we'll want to do that.

PS I'm no expert, but I've been told that for Windows users, we have a
thingie whereby anything you can print can be exported to PDF.  It's
like a virtual printer or something.  I'm told we paid pretty
handsomely for it, too.  Don't know if it requires a plugin or DLL on
your laptop or if it just appears as a printer somehow.  I'll have
Shawn or someone investigate it.
