Hi Chris,

Well, I'm having a lot of trouble wrapping my head around this issue.
I think it's been too long since I was only 3 years out of college.  I
don't remember what I was and wasn't capable of.  But I've said to many
people many times that this is something we should have, so I need to
figure out a process for going forward with it.

I think the thing to do is to bring Daniel in for a limited interview
Monday afternoon.  Myself and maybe two other folks.  I will need to
get my act together and figure out how to approach the interview such
that I am able to know what I need to know, which basically is can he
learn what we need him to learn.  So that's on me.  I will have him talk
to one other person we have here who is relatively junior, as well as
to one other person that can assess some of his present skills.

How does that sound?

Mrunal should be here in about half an hour.
