This thing has finally passed enough QA testing to go in.  It has a
number of cleanups that should assist the TuxStor port on the FP-side,
like the removal of the eee descriptor chaining on the last buffer for
one and making sure that every code path uses the eee-desc.h API
instead of having their own copy of logic to locate buffers in use.

I will be in the office tomorrow if you have questions, although the
day is pretty booked.
