I'm not aware of any list sorted by such a constraint.  I can think of
several files right off that have a mixture of both in them: things
like cron and syslog and so forth.

Perhaps Larry can come up with the first pass at such a list.  But
let's say we had the exact list/info right now, what would we do with
it at this moment?  Or, to put it another way, let's pretend we have
such a list, now what?
