OK,

You guys messed up my account (along with many other, or so I hear).
Scuttlebutt says that Nov062009 will work to log in and then change my
password, but it doesn't. I need a way to fix what you guys broke.
Please come up with one that works.

I cannot connect with wired from a windows box. I can't imagine for
the life of me why OWA can't perform this task, or why you won't allow
it to, or whatever the problem with that is.

Please restore my previous password from backups that I'm sure were
meticulously made before trying to modify the accounts database in the
middle of the working day.

Email and everything else has now been down for almost 6 hours for me
and I'm sure many others.

Frustrated and out of options,

Andy Sharp
