I didn't forget, I simply didn't, because Bill has a changelist coming
that is going to make a large number of changes to this directory,
including deleting dozens of the files that would need to be modified.
Since the module currently doesn't do anything, there's no reason to
bother.  We're expecting that his change will result in a module that
does do some things.
