Round and round it goes.

We need to figure out how to get workstations.

I'm of the opinion that if it makes things easier, we can just order
workstations from IT, let them put windows on it, and then install our
engineering image on it here and deliver it to its final location.

I'm not sure how far that will fly, if we have to make it clear that's
what our intention is, or what have you.  We have to get the hardware
into our hands, and then we can take if from there.

This is starting to sound like the switch discussion.  I'm pretty
annoyed at this point that those guys are still sitting on our
switches, won't let us have any at all until the super detailed plan
for everything in the galaxy has been agreed to what not and so forth.
They've stupidly sat on our needed lab equipment for more than a month
now and my patience is exhausted with this.

Anyway, back to the workstations, any ideas on how to un-cork the
process?
