Just some general review comments about Larry:

Larry is a key member of the software development team with
responsibilities for crucial aspects of the software build, deployment,
upgrade and source control areas. He consistently, competently and
reliably delivers on his responsibilities and I highly trust his
technical opinion concerning matters that fall in his areas.

Larry is a very low-maintenance engineer. He is highly self directed
and manages his time well. At the same time, he can be counted on to
request direction when he feels he shouldn't make a decision on his
own. When he does so, he always brings to the table all the data
necessary to analyze the situation. This is extremely valuable to the
team leads/managers. His communication skills are good and his
experience level proves valuable constantly.

Larry is a classic "force multiplier." Yeah, I actually said that.
