As everyone has said, 'system copy init' doesn't do any copying ~:^)
No, I don't know who thought up the command syntax.

The help text should be updated.  File a defect.  I think the old text
referred to the now ancient practice of just copying a pre-canned
partition map to the CF rather than processing it as it now does.
