You are correct that the RC1 milestone is meant to indicate the
beginning of the RC phase.  Now, I'm not expecting RC1 to make it all
the way through and be deamed "ready", but hey, I'm told that miracles
have happened before.  Not at Onstor, but somewhere in France or Italy.
