Hi Michael,

Rich is out of the office today and yesterday, so definitely hasn't
made any changes.  At least not those days ~:^)

My statement that someone is doing this was a bit hasty.  In retrospect,
and now that I have a bit more information, that is just silly.  I'm
guessing that something is causing the switch to switch the interface
for 10.3.0.1 back and forth, but I have no idea what that might be.

Hmm.  Is it possible a GBIC has gone bad or flaky?
