Save yourself some headaches and don't upgrade between submittals. Do
a flash_install followed by a system config copy. For one thing, it is
3 times faster, and for another, upgrades from one submittal to the
next aren't guaranteed to always work, and many things may be changed
between submittals that the upgrade process doesn't fix, like removing
files no longer used, etc.

Let me know if the flash_install has problems.

Cheers,
