Well, thanks for asking.  Now that you mention it, there are several
things.  I'll just jump straight into listing them:

My boss, Brian Stark, mentioned that you cancelled a meeting with him
recently?  Do I have that right?  I've put what I believe is a
reasonable time limit on the task of getting my title fixed, and he's
stretching that limit as it is, so any unnecessary delays at this point
have the tendency to make me pretty frosty.  What can you and/or myself
do to get this item knocked out as soon as possible?

I'm pretty dull at this sort of stuff, so forgive my lack of
sophistication, but the two areas that I want to gain proficiency are:

    So-called "confronting direct reports"
    Traditional planning/tracking type tasks/skills

To my estimations, I would like to improve my abilities in these two
areas quite a lot.  Cindy mentioned there might be several ways to go
about that.
