Howdy,

Thanks for checking in. It's been a month filled with laughs, with
tears, ok that's the end of my poetic license.

I think I'll probably pony up for a month or two. After that I don't
know. I think the one thing that I would ask for help on is how to
convince the rest of this wonderful [company stuck in the 80's] to
cast off the nightmare called Microsoft Project and buy a corporate
license for something like this.

I'm an open source specialist, so I might try some more open source
projects that attempt to do this, but the ones I've tried so far
attempt to be just like MS Project, and hence are buggy and filled
with stupidities and just as useless.

But if LSI had a corporate license, I would definitely use this, and
so would half the company, as the collaboration features would make a
lot of sense besides the planning features. Some of the print output
behavior I would want to change, like choosing which columns to print,
print orientation, etc. Of course, if I had the ability to collaborate,
then I wouldn't need to print as much. But for any project longer than
1 month, the print comes out with the chart section about an inch wide,
which is not very communicative.

Cheers,

a
