Well, you have the right idea, but we're not going to do it that way.
The files will be under the kernel directory, and we will install them
to the /usr/include directory as part of the kernel build process.  I'll
let you know more later, but suffice it to say that I just went through
Richard's proposed checkin of the neteee stuff and all the necessary
files are part of that.  We won't be using anything out of .old and at
some point it will just gracefully fade away.
