This initial reboot was originally added to the upgrade workflow when
running the "old" (prior to 2.2.3 or whatever it's called) upgrade from
nfxsh, because that used 150+MB of memory, which caused a lot of grief.

This standalone install only uses a couple of MB at most.  I haven't
found it to be necessary so far, so it is not in the script.  Should it
be found to be beneficial or necessary, it will be added.
